The online registrants are requested to print the confirmation letter after receipt of the remittance confirmation sent by the Secretariat. Please bring your confirmation letter to the Symposium to receive a name tag, program and abstract book.

Due to the limitation on number, onsite registration will be accepted only if there are seats available.

Payment Method

Payment of the registration fee must be made within one week after receipt of the confirmation letter and remittance information by email.

1. Registrants are responsible for the payment of the transfer fee
2. It is important to indicate your registration number (from the confirmation letter) before your name of the remittance form and then transfer money in personal name.

Registration Cancellation and Address Change

1. Cancellation requests received after the registration, the fee will not be refunded.
